I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. The assembly instructions included clear pictures and text of the parts and hardware to be used in the assembly process which took less than an hour for both chairs. The tools needed for assembly were included. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you!
