      The teapot was very well wrapped and protected. Shipping was great and arrived promptly. The seller noticed that there was a chip on the rim of the teapot that wasn’t previously noted in the listing. Seller contacted me right away with pictures. The interactions with seller were fast and accommodating. Item is beautiful and as described. Seller was wonderful to work with and the teapot was well worth the price

      Beautiful item as described. Seller should go into moving van and storage business. I was holding my breath thinking this glass pitcher would never survive the journey. It was beautifully wrapped in paper, paper was inserted into the round pitcher and the shipping box was beautifully lined with 1 1/4" dense quality foam on all sides. I appreciate that the seller is caring and went to the level of quality packaging so that this item arrived in perfect health. Very quick shipment. Thank you!
