The earphone preset language was Chinese. I'm an English speaker and I contacted the seller. They were responsive and I was able to resolve the issue. Great quality product and customer service. The battery life i would say after full charge is up to 72hrs of heavy use That is playing music, watching videos, making and receiving calls etc.
