The seller was super kind and very communicative, understanding, and helpful. They offered me a full refund for the product as well due to issues with sipping costs. Even though the item was faulty (not bc of the seller), i would highly recommend purchasing from this shop bc of how kind and helpful they are. Thank you again for your help!
