I received an different, older model phone that is less capable and less expensive than the one described in the listing. I could have ordered the phone that I received from someone else for much less. When I asked for a partial refund I was offered only a $16.00 refund. My mistake was telling them I could not wait any longer, and needed the phone they sent me. This was a very bad transaction. I will never do business with this vendor again, and will stop buying electronic products on ebay.
