Despite my two messages to the supplier I received no response. So I claimed a refund via eBay. I will not order from CMYK Technology again, and recommend that you avoid them as well. (I note that other reviewers have made similar comments about CMYK Technology's lack of response to customer concerns.)

Fair play to them that was in the description but not obvious. That being said, there was absolutely no problem in cancelling the sale and getting a refund. I would not hesitate to deal with the seller again.
