I ordered what was advertised as an authentic designer perfume, but received a cheap knock-off. When I called him out, he promised a full refund as soon as I returned the item. Once the package was returned, he totally ghosted me—no replies, no refund, and no acknowledgment of the return. I had to reach out to eBay customer service to help out. Terrible experience from start to finish. The buyer received exactly what was advertised. When a return was requested we provided clear instructions for the process and confirmed that a refund would be issued upon receiving the item back in the same condition. The perfume was definitely not the same product we shipped. As per eBay policy, we cannot issue refunds for items that are obviously damaged or tampered with.
