I know it is refurbished, and that brings an inherent risk, so only time will tell. But if the refurbished risk wasn't worth taking, I guess I would have bought NEW, yes? So if it fails , I will follow up. Otherwise it looks great so far

Shipped in to large of box that some what self destructed during shipping. Missing only the cap and screws to mount the guard. CPO did communicate well & got the missing parts shipped to me. So it all worked out well. Giving a positive review mostly Due to their Costumer service.

I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!
