Helmet looked used, box was beat up, one of the ear pads was not stuck where it belongs, was sticking to the inside of the box. (Had to stick it back, we'll see if it stays in place). No dents or scratches but looks like helmet had been handled many times. Price was right, now I know why. Seller obviously doesn't know, or adhears to the Ebay selling quality listing of products they sell. This should have listed as used.
