Not sure what the issue was with the posting as the parcel did not arrive as stated, and I wasn't given an explanation, other than there was a delay. The seller did make amends by posting the parcel by Special Delivery, so I am not complaining, just stating what happened.

Contacted seller on day of receipt to request return information and was told they send a return pack. Waited 6 days and then followed up as the return pack hadn’t arrived, only to be asked to wait an additional 2 days, and that if it still didn’t arrive they’d issue refund. Contact seller again after 2 days to confirm still not received and was asked to wait another day! Raised as a dispute with my bank for a refund as seller not replying.
