Yours it the first AMD CPU I've shipped that was reported to arrive with that problem. What went wrong with it? I ship them in a plastic clamshell with a small antistatic pad for the pins and then wrap the clamshell in antistatic bubble wrap and then wrap all of that in cardboard.

My package did get lost in the mail due to the USPS shippers being careless and not scanning the box, but the seller had amazing communication and were very helpful as well as keeping me updated on the shipping. Definitely recommend A++XFX Radeon R9 390X 8GB GDDR5 (R9-390X-8256) (N° 396178557726)
