I was a little worried and this could have been a bad experience with shipping drives back and fourth but Enpei decided to just send me a replacement. I am so happy that they decided to handle it this way. That is great customer service in my mind and I really appreciate them sending me a new one. The 3 working drives were thoroughly tested and have been working great! The last one is being tested now. Unfortunately the item received does not have the label with the word "PRO", as visible in the sales photo and my customers are not at all happy to receive a HDD without the word "PRO" on the label, they only want HDDs with the word "PRO".

After reading articles about this scam I tested all drives I've purchased from this seller over the last 6 months and all drives are clearly heavily used drives that have been manipulated to fraudulently appear new. I reached out to Weller and they are ghosting buyers who discover this. See other reviews with exact same problem. Ebay has been made aware and refuses to do anything about it.
