    The Nivea men's 16.9 Oz Deep Active Clean Charcoal Body wash arrived at my residence within the timeframe that I was give by the Seller and the eBay website. The '2' Bottles of the Body wash arrived being well packaged and intact from the Seller and the USPS! The '2' Bottles looked as advertised. This is a very good product. The price was very reasonable also.

    Usps totally screwed this up. They delivered it to the wrong address. I notified the seller to see if he could offer any assistance, and he responded by refunding me and apologizing It was not the seller’s fault. It was Usps‘s fault but the seller made good on. It showed excellent customer service skills and I very much appreciate the sellers integrity and dedication to the customer. Would definitely recommend these people for future business and wish every transaction was handled this well.
