The laptop is better than described, I can't see any of the marks mentioned in the description, the battery life is 3hrs when charged. The screen immaculate. It's super fast. The packaging was better than when you buy new. Postage costs seemed reasonable until it was delivered, then they seemed incredible. Seriously it was delivered in less than 24hrs. It's incredible value for money. I may even go as far as saying it's my best purchase from eBay. Great people to deal with.

A++ Customer service , responded within 24hours when I had a problem with the laptop and solved it immediately. seller offered me a goodwill gesture for the trouble but i politely declined. Would buy from again Recommended Seller.

Some issues with the laptop which were not mentioned, but prompt communication from the seller, and a reasonable conclusion reached.
