I thought the lining inside the boot would be black since the boot is black but the lining inside is white fur. I didn't get to see the inside of the boot. Ordered it well before Christmas as a gift noting that the ship location was in CA and would take about a day to arrive. Why they sat on it for about a week before shipping I don't know. When asked was abruptly told that they had no requirement to ship until the limit of the time stated in the ad. I suppose so, but really, the retail industry is for most part sensitive to the gift season. Won't deal with them again.
