Having paid express post, the seller posted same day of order. It arrived in Townsville 31Jan24. It sat there for 2 business day before finally arriving 06Jan25. If australia do not offer an express postal service to postcode 4850. Why do they accept the money for the service, Austpost should be refunding the cost of the non performed service. Other that that the seller is great.

The seller was really good throughout the process. They organised a new product to be shipped to me & covered the costs when they didn’t have to. Communication was great too, they kept in constant communication regularly. Although it was a frustrating transaction, the seller went above & beyond which is greatly appreciated! I will definitely be buying from them again as they care about their clients!
