I paid over retail cost in order to get the item quickly and it was such a poor value considering the damage. Contacting the seller was a waste considering that they are very very slow to respond and make promises they don’t keep. Shop said I could send it back (and pay my own shipping) for a possible refund or have them refund me $6 for the damage.
