I requested for a refund but seller offered to send me a replacement piece within next few days. However after one week still no updates I had to chased him and then he casually mentioned that he would just provide a refund instead. No issues with my refund though. Seller is not reliable; I would not recommend buying from them.

Negativ war die Auslieferung:Zeitraum, es hat länger gedauert (ist aber völlig ok gewesen). Aber der Karton war total verbeult, das Produkt nahm aber keinen Schaden und das Lieferunternehmen schrieb,, dass sie da gewesen seien und niemanden antrafen und es ausgelieftert hätten, was klsr gelogen war, weil sie es am ende (5 Tage später) in den postkasten warfen. Ich habe aber überall gesucht und das Unternehmen kontaktiert, weil ich dachte, es sei weg.Deutsche Leder Lang Spike Pickelhaube Helm Officer S Grad Preußische Handgemacht (N° 395950625168)

The seller responded to my refund request promptly and offered me a touch under half the price as a refund and left the items with me.
