I notified the seller to see if he could offer any assistance, and he responded by refunding me and apologizing It was not the seller’s fault. It was Usps‘s fault but the seller made good on. It showed excellent customer service skills and I very much appreciate the sellers integrity and dedication to the customer. Would definitely recommend these people for future business and wish every transaction was handled this well.
