Packaged very carefully with tissue paper, bubble wrap and a strong cardboard box, but very sadly an ear tip did not survive the Royal Mail delivery system and he arrived damaged. Contacted the seller who couldn’t have done more. Full refund or money off purchase price offered and accepted. Dragon has now been professionally restored to his former glory. I'd strongly recommend purchasing from this seller and would gladly do so again myself. The item I bought arrived in perfect condition relative to the pictures and was packed so carefully there was zero chance of any damage. Many thanks!
