The box was pretty damaged, but I don’t really care because the figure itself was in really great condition. The pigtails are loose, but some good old fashion superglue would fix it. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my product especially it was in better condition than the $25 regular Miku I got off of Amazon. (The head came off).

Item was shipped in a plastic bag. The manufacturer's box was slightly damaged in a few areas and shows wearing. The figure inside was packed with bubble wrap by the manufacturer for this particular figure, so the figure is undamaged.
