The donation of yarn to this organization is a miracle providing for those in need. Great communication and they've addressed every question I've asked. Very courteous and attentive folks. Buying the yarn for the cause is worth it alone but the yarn is beautiful and at a very good price point found no where else. The prices are uniformly excellent. And they're NICE! They’re personable. They’re responsive to questions & very clear in their replies, usually within 24 hours, but often sooner. They ask questions, where appropriate. All profits go to support a charity, a children’s home in Peru, so go ahead, shop AND be socially responsible, getting at risk kids off the street.

Seller was slow to respond after I contacted about not receiving shipping info. The item got here on 12/6, as shipping began late. However, the item itself is good (accurate weight and color, though I can't test the material) and the seller did refund me some of the shipping cost since I bought three and they were able to combine shipping.
