The fire is perfect works well on the test run as I have not fitted it to the wall yet. Delivery is also quick. Many thanks

The seller then stated it did in fact come with real coals. He said i could either have a refund or new parts which would arrive in 3 -5 days I opted for new parts. I'm still waiting 7 days later.
