I contacted the seller and they were very reasonable to deal with. I explained i did not want to put inline and take a chance with doing damage to the rest of my gear, they agreed and refunded my money. I appreciate people who stand behind their product and dont leave you standing in a time of need and thats these guys! I requested replacement electronics and offered diagnostic data, but was given the run-around. Once I requested a refund, they started offering to replace parts for me. Now they won't refund me upon return to FedEx, despite my clear notice from eBay that I will be refunded when FedEx scans the return. Garbage product. Garbage support.
