I am not sure what happened though, no one ever told me but I am glad I didn't have to open a case.

However, the USPS shipping was a horrible experience. It shouldn’t take 15 days for this item to be delivered. It’s not the shipper’s fault. The fault lies entirely on the USPS. We will inspect the ball head again before shipping. In November, after you placed an order, the warehouse reported that the ball head was damaged, and we could only give you a refund.
