The seller issued a partial refund only, without my consent. I contacted eBay support & only then the seller wanted the item back but only if I sent the partial refund back. I sent the item back & only received a partial refund again! I emailed the seller with no response for days. Only when I suggested that his account could be suspended was the balance refunded.
