But just my bad luck, one dinner plate had a defect. Seller responded immediately when I informed him of the situation. I was given the choice of either returning them for a full refund or keep them and he would give a partial refund. I choose to keep them. I thought it was very fair and I already had a good price for the 16 pieces that came in the box.
