It was packed very well, and arrived surprisingly quickly from Japan. Seller was proactive in making sure I was aware of the import duties now required into the US before shipping, to ensure I would have no surprises; they used DHL which simply contacted me prior to delivery to collect the fee. My daughter is now enjoying the headset, as it allows her to visit with her out of state friends on VR Chat.
