Suppose it's a luck of the draw but thought it would be good for others to know, esp. if your like me and hate cleaning a tiny little computer. Didn't dock for that however, it does work none-the-less.

The case had some minor damage but was expected with a used computer and definitely acceptable. It had a name brand m.2 drive which surprised me for the price. They did forget to send me the hdmi adapter but the seller was quick to respond and the replacement is in the mail now coming to me. Over it was a great deal and functioned as expected.
