Had I known it was not from the US I would not have made the purchase. I also don't like requiring a signature at delivery as I'm a small business and I'm not usually home during the day to receive packages. I would appreciate being told upfront that it will ship from China and require a signature.

Then the customer has to wait and worry if the actual item they paid for will show up. These worthless zip ties are NOT the Panelview HMIs I ordered. These guys aren’t the only ones but please stop!
