Instead of canceling the order themselves, they asked me to cancel—likely to avoid penalties. That leaves me without buyer protection and delays my refund. Very dishonest and unprofessional—avoid this seller!

Thankfully I got a immediate reply from them on that day stating that I had been issued a full refund for the order no issues whatsoever, very pleased with the service and that they were willing to refund me without any problems.
