I also noted the battery charge lasts a lot longer with the genuine dyson motor brush head.

Seller dispatched quickly but there was a long delay in delivery with Evri. Good communication with seller in chasing Evri and the option of offering a replacement. Would recommend seller but not Evri courier service, they are diabolical.

Returning item is a bit too much hassle for me (packing, going to post office and pay for the return post), so I've asked seller to compensate by some refund instead. Seller wouldn't agree and I don't have time to waste by going back and forth. I would not buy from this seller again.
