    This item originally came slightly damaged. The seller however was very quick to respond and sent another unit out. It did take longer to receive the second time as I think they used a different shipping method. The second unit that came was in perfect condition, but some of the weaving was wavy compared to the original one that arrived. The product itself is good, the seller was very good at making things right.
