Text and emailed immediately stating I was late for a customer already due to longer than expected delivery and could be send the correct one immediately but got no response for a couple of days. Sent back the item and still had to chase for refund, when contacted asking about this he asked me to prove delivery, it was on his shipping label he could have tracked himself.
