The buyer never messaged me about damage before leaving negative feedback. This passed through 3 couriers to be delivered. USPS , DHL , and then local delivery. I am sorry this package arrived damaged but that is out of my control and I could have filed an insurance claim. No need to leave me a unwarranted negative feedback. This could have been handled properly. Poor communication by the buyer.
