    Feedback is about seller, not item. Item did arrive in packaging, but was the incorrect item. I ordered a wheelchair back and was sent a seat cushion by the same manufacturer. (The boxes are nearly identical outside of the side sticker, and the cushion was in good condition). I requested a return through the official ebay process and received a shipping label the next day. The return was processed as soon as it arrived back to them. Overall fine, but I still need a back.

    Shipped immediately after order, received as described and pictured. Packaging was virtually non existent, but it still made it with virtually 0 additional damage (photo attached). 80% off the name brand price (Thanks NOS!). I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. Thank you!

    Everything perfect for resale. Original packaging was tore up but seller’s packaging around that made up for that. Item was a great price and as described. Worked perfect. Shipping took around 9 days but I believe that was due to actual shippers. Great experience.
