When it did, you could tell the box had been opened and repackaged. The seller told me that it was probably going through customs. Well, I'm not sure what happened at customs or before. It was delivered, but I received an empty bottle. I'm going to include pictures on here if it lets me because I only want to be fair. I have asked the seller for a refund as well. NOT HAPPY
