The listings clearly show photographs of the specific item, not generic stock images. The descriptions of condition are scrupulously honest, almost detrimentally so but it means I'm never disappointed with what I receive. Despatch is always prompt. Machines are adequately packed and they use Royal Mail which, for where I live, means delivery is reliable.
