The unit itself is perfect and works really well. Installation is relatively simple and given you're about £300 for Mazda to install this upgrade officially, the value is absolutely exceptional. Overall probably took about 2/2.5 hours to completely install, from downloading and running the firmware update to taking trim off and running wires.

Delivery was prompt, well packaged and contained the 2 cables, instrcution manual and the CMU hub unit. Seller was pro-active and even offered links to the Firmware update (wich I didnt need) Installation took about an hour - but doable at home ok, just watch a few Youtube videos of where to pop the panels off (and where some hidden screws are located) delighted with the final result - makes such a difference to the in-car experience.

But after you've done it you realise it wasn't as hard as it seemed Seller was VERY helpful when I didn't understand or misread something. Here's a great video on how to install - less than 1 hour to do Search you tube for "ZQTeJukUFII"
