Contacted seller, who strung me along stating missing part was around somewhere. Had to eventually request a return, and received grief for it. Then after shipment, I was forced to wait until eBay automatically processed the refund, I suspect out of spite. A simple process made unnecessarily painful. Was not worth the marginally lower price.
