I found the WiFi did not work when I received it. Also Windows was installed, but not activated when I received it. To be fair, the seller did offer for me to return it, but they should do a better job of testing if they are going to claim "it was fully checked out and functional". I decided to keep it and just use a USB WiFi. The seller did not offer any money off for the WiFi not working.
