Decided to get a couple more (relatively inexpensive), in case something happens to one. Started last night to wear at night. Didn't make it too tight. Felt good. Highly recommended. Very adjustable with big tabs and little ones. When deciding the best size, go with the larger one. You can always make it tighter.

Time will tell if the mesh like parts will hold up. It does not have a lot of stretch, which may end up being a a good thing because so many of these belts get stretched out over time.
