I switched from Great Lakes to this one about a year ago. My most recent 10lb purchase arrived with the bag unsealed at one corner. I contacted the seller, got a very fast response, and they shipped me a new bag the same day. Excellent customer service!!!!

While transferring the contents of one bag into an air-tight canister, I counted 27 measuring cups; now, that’s a lotta collagen! It's a tasteless, very fine, almost white powder that easily dissolves in hot coffee. The included scoop is only 11-grams, which is about half of what I prefer; so I’ll use my own scoop; whenever I skimp, the aches and pains return. Still, this is a tremendous deal. If it works for me, I'll be a very happy repeat customer!

Delivered promptly and in good condition packed in Mylar as always. There was no scoop with this package which is not the norm so I’m glad I saved my old one! I hope the product is worth it. I don’t know of any quality testing of this product so, I’m trusting it is what it says it is. I would love to know! Great service as always!
