Easy to fit to the cap, just prise off the ring, remove the old broken tether, place the new one and snap the ring back on. The rubber grommet to hold the tether to the fuel flap is rather hard to push into the retaining hole though. Some lubrication and a small screwdriver to help push it in was needed. The tether is good quality, made of plastic and rubber like the original.
