Through no fault of this Seller, the o-ring arrived later than expected due to yet another USPS bungle. The o-ring was in the original, unopened package. It is high quality, an easy install and fits perfectly. Very highly recommend this excellent Seller and this Kohler o-ring. Would certainly shop and buy here again confidently.

    Great eBay seller; item arrived on time and without any damage. Item was well packed by the seller to ensure no damage. Item is exactly as described by the seller. I would highly recommend the seller and I would definitely purchase again from the seller. Item is new in the package. I haven't installed this wick but I know it will fit as I've used this brand before. A great price for the wick as my kerosene heater is 41 years old.

    I got more than I bargained for with this order, the seller sent me two bags the first one I got was an aftermarket bag but the second bag was the OEM one pictured in the listing I’m not sure why I got two bags if the seller made a mistake but either way they made up for it. I couldn’t be happier with my order I would definitely buy from this seller again everything was perfect.
