The little note and origami was a very thoughtful touch. Communication was very simple and easy with this seller as they were very thoughtful and explained their everything clearly. The person(s) that run the Japan-Lucky account were very communicative as well. There was unfortunately a shipping error on the carrier’s side, but the seller and I dealt with the issue quickly. Other than that, the shipping speed was very quick! The item also came well packaged and protected in the box. Very pleased with the whole experience! Many thanks to Japan-Lucky! :)
