  I ordered this turbo for my BC1000xl chipper and it arrived without the adapter that goes to the radiator. Their supplier says that it is a separate part and Cummins and Vermeer say that it’s part of a kit. They tried, but couldn’t source the adapter, so they gave me a refund. Customer service was nice.

  Excellent and prompt written communication for any questions. The part included 2 red crimped quick disconnects in the box which were not on the listing, Who thinks of adding value, like that, anymore? Great seller. Will definitely purchase from them again!

  Parts came as described, and were packaged very well. They took a few days longer than expected to arrive but that's just the mail carrier having issues and not the seller's fault. The price was just about the best I found so no complaints there. In terms of quality, they were machined to the correct specifications and were in brand new condition.
