When he received it and opened it, it was defective. The joints on the legs were glued together. I contacted the seller to just report the defective item. I didn't ask for anything, not a refund or anything. He blamed my son for breaking the toy and was very condescending to me. I just wanted to give him a courtesy and he was very rude in return. After 8 years of positive feedback, I have to keep this negative due to some managers wanting to punish me although ALL agents said this buyer was wrong.
