    item was listed as OPEN BOX with no pictures of the speakers inside . I asked for pictures and he responded that the box was sealed and item was as new. I took a chance because of a great price. shipping was slow and box was in perfect condition. one of the speakers had slight damage that absolutely was not from shipping.i contacted the seller and sent a picture. he played ignorant (he new he had been caught) and offered a very small refund .I kept my purchase but paid $65 for a replacement part

    There was a problem that didn't show during the seller's own testing prior to shipping, which created an awkward situation. In spite of that, seller promptly sent a replacement part, which resolved the issue. Good seller. Both shipments and all communications were handled in a timely manner.
