      The item is new as stated by the seller. It was shipped fast but, there was issues with the post office which was not the fault of the seller. I had to go and pick this up from the post office personally. For some reason they were unable to deliver it to me. And it set at the local post office for several days. But, as far as the seller everything was top-notch.
